That I could be rooted
as the grasses and the trees
that endure these dire
winter extremes
not in their exposed
skyward extremities,
but instead through
the intertwined networks
extending deep beneath
the frost line, where all
remains untouched
by the vicissitudes
of artic cold snap
and blizzards blowing.
That’s beautiful man. ❤️
Much appreciated John.
You’re welcome, Richard. 👍🏻
That’s a beautiful way to put the wisdom of having deep roots as a human. Stay warm!
You stay warm as well!
Bleak and dire, but photogenic, too.
I think you have something there, thanks Mike.
Bleak and dire, but a beautiful image has taken root as well.
Thank you Bruce.
