An American Sentence

“If the spirit moves you, let me groove you.” Enough poets already.
(FYI: this is my Valentine post. I struggle to participate on the day of. For me, it needs to be a day off.)

I like the sentence/poem, Richard. I know how you feel about Valentine’s Day – I try to ignore the whole thing as I don’t have a Mr Valentine (or a Miss, come to that, although I’m not inclined that way). Sometimes I wish there was someone special in my life, but, to be honest, I’ve had so many abusive relationships in my past, I find it difficult to trust anyone. Apart from this, I enjoy my own company and having friends around, which suits me better. I hope when the 14th comes that, you can take some time out for yourself and, perhaps, do something that you enjoy. X 💓
This title took me right back to the music of the sixties!
Awesome.
